Do I need to add everything?
No. Start with ten or fifteen pieces you wear often. That is enough to explore the app without turning setup into a weekend project.

What is a digital wardrobe?
A digital wardrobe is a searchable record of the clothes you actually own, built from photographs. Instead of remembering what is at the back of the closet, you can see everything at once, filter it, and let an app build outfits from it. In Trendo Fashion it is the foundation everything else runs on — the outfit check, the suggestions, the planner and virtual try-on all work from the pieces you have added.
How do I digitize my closet?
One photograph at a time. Take a clear picture of a single garment against a simple background and Trendo Fashion reads its category, main colors, approximate warmth and the occasions it suits, then files it for you. There is no manual form to fill in, and no barcode or receipt to scan.
You do not have to do it in one sitting. Most people start with the ten or fifteen pieces they reach for every week and add the rest gradually.
Does it still work if I only add part of my wardrobe?
Yes, and this is the usual case. Trendo Fashion only ever builds outfits from pieces you have added, so a smaller wardrobe simply produces fewer combinations. Adding a few more tops, or a second pair of shoes, tends to produce a noticeably wider set of outfits — the combinations multiply rather than add.
How many items can I add?
The free tier holds up to 250 items and includes up to 50 AI clothing scans each month. Trendo Fashion Pro raises that to 750 items. For most people 250 is more than the number of garments they wear in a year.
Who can see my wardrobe?
Only you. Your wardrobe is not shown publicly to other Trendo Fashion users. What happens to the pictures themselves is set out in the FAQ and in the privacy policy.
